As the Trial Court Administrator for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, I oversee court operations, programs, and business services supporting 70 judges and more than 180 staff. I am honored to have been selected for this role, bringing with me more than 35 years of experience in Florida’s court system.
I began my career in 1989 with the Sixth Judicial Circuit and have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of leadership roles in court operations, mediation, due process services, and budget management.

In 2015, I joined the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit as Chief Deputy of Fiscal Affairs and most recently served as the Chief Deputy of Administrative Services, where he oversaw finance, procurement, human resources, and resource development, helping manage an annual budget exceeding $18 million.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to sound fiscal stewardship and collaborative leadership. I am equally committed to the success and development of our employees, recognizing that investing in our staff growth and planning for the future strengthens our organization and enhances the service we provide to the community. The
Trial Court Administrator (TCA) is responsible for the administrative oversight
of trial court operations, programs, and services. The primary responsibility
of the TCA is to facilitate the neutral administration of justice in a manner
that enables the judges, general magistrates, and hearing officers to conduct
judicial proceedings with efficiency and effectiveness. The TCA oversees
business operations to include budget, finance, procurement and contracting;
court operations; facility management; information technology; and court
programs. The TCA represents the Thirteenth Circuit with a wide array of
stakeholders, municipalities, and the state court system, ensuring the
financial and operational viability of the court and establishing short and
long-range planning.
