COVID-19 INFORMATION & COURT UPDATES

The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit is committed to maintaining access to court operations and program services, while minimizing visitor and staff exposure to the COVID-19 virus. We are coordinating with the Florida Supreme Court, Office of State Courts Administrator, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, Hillsborough County Emergency Policy Group, Florida Department of Health and other stakeholders to ensure we respond collaboratively while fulfilling our statutory and constitutional obligations.

The Administrative Office of the Courts has resumed all court program services provided to the judiciary and the public. In the Children’s Justice Center, Juvenile Diversion Programs, Mediation & Diversion Services and Problem Solving Courts, you will find enhanced remote services to increase your access to justice and reduce transportation barriers.
