Procedures/Preferences

Unless otherwise directed by the Court, Jury Trials and Non-Jury Trials and Evidentiary Hearings scheduled for longer than 30 minutes, will be conducted in-person.  All other hearings will be conducted electronically via Zoom. Please see the Zoom information below:

Non-Jury Trials and Evidentiary Hearings between 30 minutes to one hour in length may be scheduled without prior approval via JAWS.  Once scheduled, the parties must notify the JA to ensure a courtroom and clerk is reserved for the in-person hearing.  The parties must email the JA to request Non-Jury Trials and Evidentiary Hearings exceeding one hour in length.

CMCs:

There are no designated Case Management Conference hearing sessions available on JAWS.  CMCs may be scheduled during one of the “Daily 15” hearing sessions.  Parties should include “Case Management Conference” under the hearing description.
