Cases must be set for pretrial/trial on the JAWS system by entering the case on the pretrial conference date under "PRETRIAL" drop down menu, where a time-certain is selected for the pretrial conference. Plaintiff's counsel's is responsible for making sure that the case is set on the court's calendar, via JAWS; the pre-trial order alone does not constitute setting of the matter for trial.
Email or voice mail inquiries regarding trial dates not listed on the court’s website will be deleted without a response.
Trial weeks are published when officially opened.
