Provide the correct case number to avoid misfiling of documents. Please visit https://www.hillsclerk.com/Court-Services/eFiling or https://www.myflcourtaccess.com/default.aspx. You may also call (813) 276-8100 for additional information.

FAILURE TO APPEAR:  Failure of any party, the Petitioner, or the Respondent to appear for the scheduled hearing may result in entry of an order against the absent party without further hearing or entry of other appropriate orders on the pleading(s) or motion(s).

The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida provides an electronic recording of the hearing. A party may also provide a court reporter at the party’s own expense.

NOTICE:  Pursuant to Rule 12.407, Family Law Rules of Procedure, no minor children shall attend a hearing without prior order of the court. The parties must ensure that minor children are not present or nearby during any remote proceedings or able to overhear any remote proceedings.
