Our Court Business Center (CBC) has available courtroom technology for rental during all court room proceedings. Rentals are available to attorneys and law firms that need to display visual or audio material. To guarantee rental equipment reservation the Court Business Center will need payment 5 business days prior to the requested date.

Rental requirements:
• You must include a 6.5% sale tax to your order.
• All rates for audio/visual equipment rental are cost per day.
• Firm Check, Money Order, or Cashier Check transactions only will be accepted.
• Checks should be made out to B.O.C.C. (Board of County Commissioners) and mailed to 800 E. Twiggs St. Suite 630, Tampa, FL 33602.

Cancellation Policy: The Court Business Center requires notice of cancellation by the end of business on the business day preceding the court actions for which the equipment is ordered, or for afternoon rentals, by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the action.
Rental Confirmation / Quote: Once you have filled out & submitted the below form, you will receive an email with the quote that will contain the due date and the exact amount that is due. Please wait till you have received the quote before having the firm check payment prepared. If you have not received a response email with a quote within 24 hours of form submission, please contact the Court Business Center at (813) 272-5520.
