Description
Family Dependency Treatment Court (FDTC) provides parents the opportunity to engage in substance abuse treatment with the goal of reunification with their children and assume the full responsibilities of parenthood in a safe and healthy environment.
 
History
Family Dependency Treatment Court started in 2006.  At that time the presiding judge was the Honorable Judge Jack Espinosa, who continued to preside over FDTC until his retirement in January of 2021.  Currently Judge Daryl Manning presides over Family Dependency Treatment Court.
