Description
Dependency case management provides rigorous case flow management techniques for the judiciary of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. Dependency Case managers coordinate litigation involving the same family and ensure that cases in the Dependency division of the courts move forward, efficiently and correctly. Case managers provide judges with pertinent information on case status and pending issues by tracking all case events. Judges rely on case management to monitor and track statistical data with the goal of increasing the flow rate of cases through the court system. It is the intent of the program to have every case reach permanency within nine months of a child’s removal from the home.
