Court-Appointed Counsel Registry

 

Section 27.40, Florida Statutes, requires the chief judge of the judicial circuit to compile a list of attorneys in private practice, by category of cases, who are available for appointment when the Public Defender’s Office and the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel are unable to provide representation due to a conflict of interest.  The list consists of attorneys in private practice.

 

The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit is NO LONGER accepting applications for the Court-Appointed Counsel Registry for the fiscal year July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.  Please check our website in April 2019 for application information for fiscal year July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. 

 

The list of attorneys for each category of case for fiscal year July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 will be available for view by July 1, 2018.  To view the current list of attorneys registered for each category of case, select the link below:
