Steps to Upload a Proposed Order to the Florida ePortal

Unless otherwise directed by the Court, Pretrials, Jury Trials and Non-Jury Trials scheduled for longer than 30 minutes will be conducted in person. Evidentiary hearings scheduled for longer than 30 minutes will be conducted in person. All other hearings will be conducted electronically via Zoom. Please see the Zoom information below:

**EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2024, ALL PRETRIALS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN PERSON UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY THE JUDGE.

The Zoom App is available for free for IOS and Android devices, and it may also be accessed via desktop computer. You do not need an account or pay a fee to use this service. The Zoom Help Center is at https://support.zoom.us. Counsel wishing to have a court reporter are to make the necessary arrangements for the court reporter’s participation. The scheduling party for each proceeding is required to ensure that all parties are aware of this directive.

If joining the hearing via telephone, call 1-786-635-1003 or 1-470-381-2552 and then use the same meeting ID number referenced above. No additional password is required for attendance. Rather, you will be placed in the ZOOM “waiting room” until the Judge “joins” you into the meeting when the hearing commences.

Beginning October 1, 2020: Proposed Orders Are to Be Submitted via Florida e-Portal
Jaws will no longer accept proposed orders directly as of October 1, 2020. Orders must be uploaded through the e-Portal in PDF format in order for them to be placed in the Court’s work queue. Any questions should be directed to e-Portal Help Desk at: (850) 577-4609. The court will not sign, conform and distribute paper orders until further notice.
