About Domestic Relations Case Management Unit

Description

The staff of the Case Management Unit provide procedural or referral information to pro se litigants on family law and dependency issues. The staff are not attorneys, and cannot give legal advice. They provide assistance to the judiciary by reviewing cases prior to setting court dates when all parties to a case are representing themselves. Family Law issues include:

 

Birth Certificate 

            Name Change 

Child/Spousal (Alimony) Support

            Paternity 

Custody 

            Stepparent Adoption 

Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce) 

            Visitation
