Description

The staff of the Case Management Unit provide procedural or referral information to pro se litigants on family law issues. The staff are not attorneys and are not able to give legal advice. They assist the judiciary by reviewing pro se cases and setting court dates. Family Law issues include: Birth Certificate, Child/Spousal Support, Custody, Dissolution of Marriage, Name Change, and Paternity
