County Civil Division V
All hearings will be on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
County Civil Division T
Arraignments: are held on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Monday mornings AND afternoons are reserved for animal code violations
Wednesday mornings are reserved for arraignments on civil citations issued by the City of Tampa and/or Hillsborough County for the following (but not limited to): code violations, boating violations, hunting and fishing violations, marijuana civil citations, noise ordinance violations, fire code violations, minors in possession of nicotine/tobacco products, other city and county ordinance violations NOT including animal code violations.
Wednesday afternoons are reserved for arraignments on water code violations.
Hearings: are typically held on Mondays and Wednesday (sometimes on Fridays) opposite of arraignment weeks.
Monday mornings are reserved for hearings on civil citations issued by the City of Tampa and/or Hillsborough County for the following (but not limited to): code violations, boating violations, hunting and fishing violations, marijuana civil citations, noise ordinance violations, fire code violations, minors in possession of nicotine/tobacco products, etc.
Monday afternoons are reserved for hearings on water code violations.
Wednesday mornings are reserved for pro se hearings on animal code violations.
Wednesday afternoons are reserved for attorney hearings on animal code violations as well as ALL civil petitions (petitions for custody, enjoinment, etc).
