Veterans Treatment Court

As a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and the devastating impact it has had and continues to have on our community, the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit’s Veterans Treatment Court (VTC) has had to make significant administrative and procedural changes to best ensure public safety, while maintaining its commitment to the fair and impartial administration of justice and accountability of Veterans suffering from military-service related mental health and substance use disorders.

Until further notice, the Court will be holding video court via Zoom. The Zoom App is available free on Apple and Android devices, and can be accessed via desktop or laptop computer at  Please input your first and last name and office (if applicable) or change the name of your device to reflect your name, this is the only way the court can identify you. Once you log on, you will be placed in a waiting room until your case is called at which time the court will bring you in to the virtual courtroom.

All Zoom information will be included in the Clerk’s Notice of Hearing. It is the attorney responsibility to communicate to their client if they need to appear via zoom for court or if their presence has been waived.
