TEMPORARY RELIEF HEARINGS

• Copy of notice and motion should be delivered to the court within five (5) days of scheduling.
• Parties MUST have attended MEDIATION prior to scheduling a Temporary Relief Hearing.
• Parties MUST fill out a Temporary Relief Memorandum prior to the hearing.
  Failure to comply will result in coninuation of the hearing.
