When a notice of appearance is filed by an attorney for either party, the
Case Management Unit will direct the clerk to transfer the case by blind rotation to another family law division judge.

Once the case is reassigned, the Case Management Unit will notify
all parties.  An order is simultaneously generated by the clerk scheduling a 90 day case management conference before the newly assigned judge.
