Uncontested Final Hearings and Uniform Motion Calendar Hearings
- The following limitations will be observed:
- 10 minutes maximum allowed per case
- No witnesses or evidentiary hearings
- No adoptions
- Telephonic appearances are not allowed on the open docket.
- Open docket hearings are not scheduled through the JCalendar.
- Choose any date from the list below, coordinate with opposing counsel.
- Order the file from the clerk (via the link provided) at least two days before the hearing.
- ORDER FILE FROM CLERK
- Copies of motion and notice of hearing should not be provided to chambers in advance but should be brought to the hearing.
- There is no sign-up sheet. Cases are called in the order the files were requested from the clerk.
- CANCELLATIONS: It is not necessary to notify the court of cancellations. If the other party is not timely notified, counsel may be held responsible for any unnecessary fees or costs encountered.
