Effective January 2, 2007: All mortgage foreclosure final judgments submitted to any judge in the General Civil Division of Circuit Court in the 13th Judicial Circuit must be in the form attached to this announcement. Please send any suggested changes to the proposed form to: grenolf@fljud13.org
Effective July 1, 2006: All Attorneys need to place wording from the attached document in Mortgage Foreclosure Final Judgments to be entered after July 1, 2006.
