SCHEDULING INFORMATION
Effective February 18, 2008 all inquires and scheduling matters must be handled via email at FAMLAWDIVB@fljud13.org.
Please include in your email the case number, the motion you are scheduling, and the time needed for your hearing. The Judicial Assistant will respond with 4 dates which you will then clear with opposing counsel. When a date has been cleared please send an email to JA with the coordinated date. If the date is still clear on the calendar, it will be set and a confirmation email will be sent to the scheduling party. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM THE JUDICIAL ASSISTANT DO NOT ASSUME THAT THE HEARING IS SET.
All Motions for Contempt and Temporary Relief must be scheduled for no less than one hour.
All UMC’s and Uncontested dates are listed on our website. Simply choose a date, order the file from the clerk for the date and time chosen, and send notice to all parties. IF THE FILE IS NOT ORDERED FOR THE HEARING (ATLEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE) THE PARTIES WILL BE TURNED AWAY AND FORCED TO RESCHEDULE.
