Orders – Format and Procedure:

1. All orders must state the subject matter of the order in the title.  The text of the order must state the date on which the matter was heard.
2. Orders must be submitted to the judge for signature within seven (7) days after the hearing.
3. No order should be submitted containing only the “Ordered at…” paragraph and signature line on the last page.
4. 4. Orders should comply fully with Administrative Order S-2006-034.
5. All proposed orders should be submitted directly to the judge’s office for signature. DO NOT SEND ORDERS TO THE CLERK’S OFFICE
