UMC. Uniform Motion Calendar (Hearings of 10 minutes or less)
Consult Section 5 of the Complex Business Litigation Division Procedures before filing any motions.
Parties requesting oral argument shall file the proper request (see CBLD Forms & Procedures) If oral argument is granted the Judicial Assistant will contact you to schedule a hearing.

Discovery Disputes. Objections, protective orders, motions to compel, etc.

Orders - Format and Procedure.
   1. All orders must state the subject matter of the order in the title. The text of the order must state the date on which the matter was heard.
     2. No order should be submitted containing on the last page only the "Ordered at..." paragraph and signature line.
     3. Orders should comply fully with Administrative Order S-2008-145
     4. All proposed orders should be mailed directly to the judge's office at 800 E. Twiggs, Room 524, Tampa, FL 33602
