1. Any hearings thirty minutes or less shall be scheduled through JCalendar. Contact the Judicial Assistant if more lengthy hearings are needed.

2. If there is an emergency motion, file the original with the clerk and email a copy to divisionb@fljud13.org . The Judicial Assistant will contact you with hearing information.

3. If you need to cancel a hearing please do so through JCalendar then email a copy of the cancellation notice to divisionb@fljud13.org . You may also submit a copy via U.S. Postal Service. Failure to cancel and provide documentation may result in sanctions.

4. If and when a party wishes to appear telephonically please verify there is no objection with opposing counsel. If there is no objection they may call into the hearing line at (813) 272-5105. Notice to be sent via email to division@fljud13.org

6. A copy of the notice of hearing and motion(s) are to be submitted via U.S. Postal Service. Once received the case will be confirmed and docketed. ( HEARING IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IF MOTION & NOTICE ARE NOT PROVIDED).
