RESERVING TIME ON COURT'S CALENDAR: Effective 4/12/06, hearing time may not be reserved on the court's calendar unless the motion to be heard has already been filed with the Office of the Clerk of the Court. Time reserved on the court calendar will not be held if a notice of hearing is not received within one week of the request to hold time and if the matter being scheduled has not been filed with the Office of the Clerk of Court.

MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SURPLUS:  Motions for Order Directing Clerk to Release Surplus Funds filed more than 60 days after the certificate of disbursements, must be accompanied by the Clerk of Court’s appointment as surplus trustee, see Florida Statute § 45.032.
