CIRCUIT COURTS - Hear all criminal and civil matters not within the jurisdiction of hte county courts, including matrimonial law, paternity cases, juvenile/dependency, mental health, probate, guardianship, and civil matters greater than $15,000. They also hear appeals from some county court rulings and judgements and from some administrative hearings.
