Welcome to our court’s website, which I believe you will find reflects the needs of the people in our community as we are committed to serving the citizens of Hillsborough County and those who enter the courtrooms of the 13th Judicial Circuit.  Each year, our caseload in this circuit continues to increase, and as such, we work with our Court Administrator and his staff to find innovative and more efficient ways to serve the public, whether a citizen, litigant, defendant, or an attorney.  Information is a powerful tool and this website is one way for us to help you in gaining knowledge about the court system and, more importantly, access to the courts.
