Due to current circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 virus and pursuant to Thirteenth Circuit Administrative Order  S-2020-023  (Court  Proceedings  During  COVID-19  Mitigation  Efforts), directives from the Florida Supreme Court contained in AOSC 20-13, and the Governor's declaration of a State of Emergency, the Court hereby sets forth the following procedures for appearance at your scheduled hearing in County Civil Division K.

Until further notice, you shall appear for all County Civil hearings by phone. The Scheduling Party is required to ensure all Parties are aware of this requirement.
