WHAT'S NEW IN THE GENERAL CIVIL DIVISION:

Civil Administrative Orders

Effective May 1, 2008
Revised forms to be utilized:
Uniform Order Setting Cause for Trial and Pre-Trial [jury] [non-jury]

Effective January 1, 2008
2007-151 - General Civil Division Procedures

Effective August 1, 2007:
All mortgage foreclosure final judgments submitted to any judge in the General Civil Division of Circuit Court in the 13th Judicial Circuit must be in the revised [8/1/07]
Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure Form

Effective July 9, 2007:
Circuit Civil Division E will be eliminated [Administrative Order]. Cases for jury trial the week of July 23, 2007 will remain on the trial calendar. All other pending Division E cases will be transferred on the blind rotation system to the remaining General Circuit Civil divisions.

Effective July 1, 2007:
Uniform Order Setting Cause for Trial and Pre-Trial (Trial Division) form is now available.

Division H : Effective March 6, 2007
Attorneys must bring an original plus sufficient copies for conforming either granting or denying their motion(s) to hearings scheduled on the Uniform Motion Calendar or Uniform Discovery Motion Calendar.  All other proposed orders should be submitted as provided in the Motion Practice portion of the Division H Guidelines page.

Trial Division D: Effective July 26, 2006
Administrative Order S-2006-121: General Civil Trial Division

Effective July 1, 2006:
All Attorneys need to place wording from the attached document in
Mortgage Foreclosure Final Judgments to be entered after July 1, 2006.

Effective March 1, 2006:
