WHAT IS FAMILY COURT SERVICES?

Family Court Services is a partnership between the 13th Judicial Circuit Court and Success 4 Kids & Families. The partnership was created to assist families with children who are going through a court proceeding.

HOW DO WE DO THIS?

• By fostering positive communication and cooperation between parents to reduce conflict during divorce proceedings.
• Educating and raising awareness of the potential negative impacts of divorce on children.
• Reorienting parents to act in the best interest of their children by focusing on solutions to presenting issues.
• Referring parents to court and community resources and programs designed to assist in resolving issues surrounding divorcing families.
