- Dependency case management provides rigorous caseflow management techniques for the judiciary of the 13th Judicial Circuit.
- Dependency Case managers coordinate litigation involving the same family and ensure that cases in the Dependency division of the courts move forward, efficiently and correctly. Case managers provide judges with pertinent information on case status and pending issues by tracking all case events.
- Judges rely on case management to monitor and track statistical data with the goal of increasing the flow rate of cases through the court system. It is the intent of the program to have every case reach permanency within one year of a child’s removal from the home.
- Pro-Se motions are processed by Dependency Case Management in an efficient and timely manner.
